Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply when a customer requests, books, pays for, tenders a package for, or otherwise uses our pickup-to-door delivery, tracking, delivery coordination, and proof-of-delivery services. A service is accepted when we confirm it in writing, accept payment, or take possession of the package.

2. Service availability

Services are offered only in confirmed markets: Miami, Aruba and Curacao. Availability depends on the pickup and delivery addresses, operating hours, package characteristics, driver capacity, and any restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Delivery timing is confirmed before purchase and depends on market availability. A delivery date or time is an estimate unless the written service confirmation expressly states that it is guaranteed.

3. Rates, currency, and payment

Prices are presented and charged in USD unless the service confirmation expressly states otherwise. Rates are disclosed before payment and may depend on distance, service window, package size, and special handling.

The customer authorizes charges associated with the confirmed service, including disclosed redelivery, address-correction, waiting-time, return, toll, or special-handling fees. We do not add undisclosed charges.

Currently disclosed payment methods: Online payments, QR Payments. Enabled card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Virtual Cards..

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate names, addresses, access instructions, contact details, package description, weight, dimensions, value, and any special-handling requirements. The sender must package items safely and lawfully and ensure that the recipient is available when required.

5. Prohibited and restricted items

Illegal goods, dangerous goods not expressly approved, weapons, controlled substances, cash, live animals, and items prohibited by applicable law or carrier rules may not be tendered. Regulated, perishable, fragile, high-value, or identity-sensitive items require prior written approval and may be declined.

6. Delivery attempts and proof

Delivery may require a recipient name, signature, photograph, scan, timestamp, geolocation, one-time code, or other reasonable proof. If access is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the recipient cannot be reached, we may reschedule, return, or hold the package and apply previously disclosed fees.

7. Cancellations, refunds, and claims

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within the published time limits. Email our support team with the tracking number, payment reference, reason for the request, and supporting evidence.

8. Loss, damage, and liability

Customers must report visible loss or damage promptly and retain packaging and supporting evidence. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to proven direct loss and any limit stated in the service confirmation or applicable transportation law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or lost-profit damages.

9. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by severe weather, disasters, government action, road closures, civil disturbance, labor disruption, recipient unavailability, inaccurate customer information, or third-party system and carrier failures outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of To be configured, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, contact info@5999cargo.com so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
